We are sitting in a laundry facility that has been here since the Romans invaded England. We're on our 4th pound trying to dry the clothes in this ancient dryer. Of nine dryers available, only two are still opperable after all this time.
Thank you everyone for the comments, we've laughed and enjoyed reading them as we move through the days.

Finally - I have been trying to leave a comment with all kinds of issues and crashes...ugh!
First Happy Birthday Troy! Hope you are having a wonderful time. It all looks so beautiful and a bit on the cold side. You are always in jackets I see. I have had a ham/cheese sandwich the English version...ummmmm....sucks!!! is putting it mildly :)
Can't wait for the next installment.

Ooops...I meant the French version of a ham/cheese...it isn't that exciting. :(
WOW...looks like you guys are seeing all the things that you always wanted to see and have read about for years! Can't believe how fun it all sounds. Keep enjoying every minute of it and looking forward to seeing you when you get back! BTW...Happy Birthday Troy. Glad you got my text.
Makin' laundry memories... Love it!
Looking forward to the Tower pics.
Love,Jen
Don't know why my previous entry did not post, but I am loving your posts. Glad you finally got your laundry done! The girls are great and having a wonderful time. The cats--not so much! Enjoy the tower! A lot of famous historical figures have taken up residence there. I love you guys! Stay safe and have fun! Love, Mom
I check several times a day for your latest entry--I love reading them and seeing the beautiful pictures! I wanted you to know the girls are great. Bailey loves being outside, and does not like coming in! She has become a huntress of lizards, and scans every wall, and when she finds one, howls balefully (pun intended) as they try to escape! Last night, all four dogs were doing figure 8's around the yard--so fast that I couldn't get pictures. They were all ready to go to bed! Can't wait to hear about the Tower. Love, Mom
